About Veterinary Medicines

The Veterinary Practice must have the named pet owner as a client before prescription only products can be supplied to the customer.  The Veterinary Surgeon(s) named in the partnering agreement must then approve the order to confirm that the prescription only product can be supplied.

Veterinary medicinal products can only be sold against the completion of the online questionnaire.  All products classified as POM VPS, NFA VPS will require the customer to complete an online questionnaire before the sale of the goods will be allowed. The products will then be checked by the in house RQP to ensure the product and relating forms are correct and able to be supplied.
